Suspects wanted for armed robbery at Hampton Wendy’s

Hampton, Va. – Hampton Police are now investigating after they say four suspects robbed a Wendy’s restaurant on Tuesday morning.

They say this happened at the location in the 300 block of Floyd Thompson Drive. Officers were dispatched to the scene at 2:35 a.m.

Police say four suspects parked in the parking lot of the restaurant and waited for it to close.

Three workers came out and the four suspects forced them back into the building. Police say two of the suspects were armed.

After demanding money from the employees, police say the suspects took off in a vehicle going westbound on Floyd Thompson Drive.

No one was injured during the incident.
