Kevin Kennedy, a local author, is taking action to educate kids.
Today he joins the WGNT Morning Show to talk about his book, "Ten Dollar Words For Kids".
This weekend, Kevin will be holding a book signing at Barnes & Noble in MacArthur Center Mall in Norfolk.
The event will be held from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.
