Newport News, Va. – One man was killed early Sunday morning in a crash at the Jefferson Avenue exit ramp on I-64 in Newport News.
According to State Police, 35-year-old Kareen J. Hill was exiting the ramp in his 2004 Lexus SUV when he ran off the left side of the road and overturned in a ditch.
Hill died in the crash. State police say he was wearing his seatbelt.
