Today we honor Sgt. Lisa Manela.
She's from Norfolk and graduated from Granby High School. She join the Army in 2009.
Sgt. Manela served 8 months in Iraq. She is currently stationed in Germany with the military police. She is also a member of the Wiesbaden boxing team.
Sgt. Manela's family says they are so proud of her.
