Sentara is celebrating the first baby born in 2014.
Kathleen Shea and Chris Hughes welcomed baby Carolina Rose Hughes who weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces.
She was 20.25 inches.
She was born right at midnight and she may be the first baby born in Hampton Roads in 2014 at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center.
