Norfolk, VA – Primeplus Norfolk Senior Center is offering Hampton Roads residents Winter Wellness Week.
Members are invited to participate in one of many Primeplus exercise programs. The classes are designed for those actively involved or are just beginning to workout. Some of the wellness classes include: yoga, ballroom dancing, Stretch, Flex and Tone classes, pool walking and balance and agility classes.
The offer is good between January 21 – 24, and is limited one friend per member on select classes.
The annual membership fee is $50 beginning January 1, with some classes requiring additional fees and pre-registration. All activities take place in the senior center located within the Norfolk Fitness and Wellness Center at 7300 Newport Ave in Norfolk.
