Today we honor Lieutenant Colonel Christina Schweiss.
She served as platoon leader for bravo company 327 signal brigade in Haiti.
She commanded a satellite company in Landstuhl, Germany and received numerous awards for her excellent performance. She later received her master's degree in international affairs at Columbia University and taught at the US Military Academy. She retired in 2012 and currently lives in Virginia Beach.
