Chesterfield County, Va. – One woman says she made a horrifying discovery behind a Richmond shopping center on Thursday afternoon.
Lisa Scott-Derrah says she went to check on cats behind the Oxbridge Shopping Center in Chesterfield, and she found dead cats inside of a “shot box.”
She tells our sister station wtvrthat she has kept an eye on the feral cat colony for years.
She says other dead cats she found did not appear to be shot.
