Posted

Chester, Va. – Neighbors say they found KKK flyers in their Richmond area neighborhood shortly before the MLK holiday, according to WTVR/CBS 6 in Richmond, Va.

When Kathy Thomas woke up Sunday morning, she discovered a flyer claiming to be from the Loyal White Knights of the Klu Klux Klan.

“My heart started beating fast. I said, ‘What in the world,’” Thomas said.

The flyer was left at homes throughout her neighborhood in Chester, WTVR reports.

They were placed in plastic bags at the end of driveways with a message speaking out against Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
