Suffolk Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a suspect wanted for an incident involving a 15-year-old girl.
Police say 53-year-old James Edward Hall, of the 100 block of Kilby Avenue, has active warrants on file for Abduction with Intent to Defile, Taking Indecent Liberties with a Child in Supervisory Position and Sexual Battery.
He is described as a black male with a light complexion, approximately 5’11”, 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
