Currituck County crews are working to pretreat roads in the area ahead of the snow storm.
Mary Beth Newns, Emergency Management Director, says there are six trucks in the area that are working to pretreat the "main arteries". Route 158, Route 168, and Highway 12 are being treated first, as well as other roads nearby.
