Norfolk, Va. - Crews are still working to clear roads in Norfolk three days after snow covered North Carolina and Hampton Roads.
City officials tell NewsChannel 3 machines are hauling snow in the Downtown area because the streets are too narrow for a plow.
They say the Downtown roads are more difficult to clear because of all the traffic.
Either way, Norfolk is behind when it comes to snow clean-up.
Virginia Beach already started clearing their secondary roads when Norfolk's primary roads were just 70% plowed and treated.
But city officials say you can’t compare any cities in Hampton Roads because each one has their own plan.
Today on Ocean View Avenue, it looked clear but still some were not satisfied.
Some are just hoping snow never comes back to Norfolk again.
