Drew Lankford of the City of Virginia Beach talks about more snow preparations this morning.
Frost patrol trucks will be on patrol beginning at 3 a.m. Lankford says overpasses and bridges will be treated first.
The city is monitoring the current forecast, and will make decisions as time goes on.
