Virginia-based bank and credit card company Capital One has let card holders know they might be stopping by their homes to get in touch, according to an article in the Los Angeles Times.
The Times reported in a recent contract update, Capital One told card holders “we may contact you in any manner we choose,” and that includes a “personal visit.”
