Chesapeake, Va. – Police are looking for a person wanted for using a stolen gift card in Chesapeake.
On February 17, 2014 a woman placed the purchases she made at a department store located in the 1300 block of Greenbrier Pkwy. into her vehicle. She then put the shopping cart in a storage rack, mistakenly leaving her purse inside, police say. She then drove away.
An unknown white male was seen stopping his vehicle and removing the purse from the shopping cart. Shortly after that, surveillance video captured a man using one of the gift cards from the purse at another store nearby.
