Newport News, Va. – On Monday, Newport News crews put out a fire in a detached garage behind a home in the 800 block of 29th Street. This is in the Southeast Community.
Crews arrived on the scene at around 4:46 p.m. and had the fire out shortly after.
No one was injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
