Nags Head, N.C. – As of Saturday, a fee is now required to walk on Jennette’s Pier.
A walk along the pier is now $2 for adults and $1 for children 12 and under.
Members of the North Carolina Aquarium are free.
Anglers fees are the same as before. A list of fees can be found here.
Previously the pier had only requested a donation, not a fee, since the pier’s reopening in May 2011.
