UPDATE: 6.5 mile backup at the HRBT westbound

UPDATE: The disabled vehicle at the westbound HRBT is now clear. The backup is now 6.5 miles to Little Creek.

All I-64WB traffic is stopped at the HRBT due to a disabled vehicle, according to VDOT.
