Norfolk, Va. – On Friday night, U.S. Marshals announced that they were able to track down a man accused of murder in York, PA in Hampton Roads.
They located and arrested Damian Banks.
Investigators say Banks was involved in the murder of Trevahn Kent outside of a bar on Feb. 17th, 2013.
They say after a search, officials in PA and deputies in Norfolk were able to locate Banks.
Banks tried to get away on foot but was captured officials say.
