Police in Lincolnton, NC have arrested a man accused of sucking on a woman’s toes at Walmart, according to WSOC-TV.
A woman told police a man later identified as Michael A. Brown started a conversation with her saying that he was a podiatrist student.
She said Brown talked her into trying on several pair of shoes in the shoe department.
At one point, the victim said Brown took her foot, put it into his mouth and sucked on her toes, police said.
Brown was arrested Thursday and charged with assault.
WSOC says Brown is a registered sex offender. He was convicted of attempted sexual assault in 2001.
