After passing her once, she says he turned around and deliberately barreled into her path.

On Tuesday, that woman met with investigators and worked to give them a composite sketch.

The 35-year-old victim was running in the area of Riverside Drive, near Museum Drive, when she was hit by his gold-colored Honda or Toyota Sedan.

Another jogger nearby called 911.

The woman is a little banged up. She has scrapes to her right hip and knee.
