Nearly 130 new jobs are headed this way!
The city will soon get the first and only Fresh Market and a Bon Secours Medical Center.
It is all part of the Ghent Station development project.
The groundbreaking is Monday in the section of West 21st Street.
It will be located where the Norfolk Senior Center used to be.
Fresh Market should be open by Thanksgiving.
