Major traffic delays have been reported on I-264 westbound and I-64 westbound.
In Norfolk, I-64 westbound is backed up from Northampton Blvd. to I-264 due to a crash.
Three lanes are closed on I-264 westbound at Witchduck Road. There is currently a four mile back up.
