Virginia Beach, Va. – Have you seen the man in the photo? If so, police need your help to identify him.
They say back in March at around 6:45 p.m., the man went into the ABC store on Virginia Beach Blvd. and concealed merchandise. He then left the store and did not pay.
He then came back to the store and did it again.
