Suffolk, Va. – A man was flown to the hospital after being shot several times in Suffolk on Wednesday night.
Officials say this happened at around 8:30 p.m. near S. 4th Street and E. Washington Street in the Downtown Area.
Suffolk Police say 30-year-old George Nathaniel Gates was shot several times and was flown by Life Evac to Sentara Norfolk General.
The extent of his injuries are not known right now.
