Ex-Marine sparks controversy for crucifying himself

Posted

A former Marine who felt like he was railroaded into a court-martial and discharge from the military wanted to make a point by crucifying himself at the Colorado Capitol.

According to kdvr.com, Sgt. Joshua Klohr hung himself from a replica of a cross on Easter Sunday to protest the treatment he received from the military.

He told the Military Times that he was asked to fraud enlistees into the military by ignoring things that may have otherwise disqualified them from serving.

He says his trial was sham.
