People in Norfolk were able to experience the Vietnam War Memorial at the Scope Plaza this week.
The Wall That Heals – a half-size scale of the monument in Washington D.C., travels across the country showing the names of the nearly 60,000 Americans who lost their lives in the Vietnam War.
