Montero Medical Missions, a non-profit organization, will be helping to create a sustainable dental project that will provide oral health prevention education along with dental treatment to those less fortunate in the Philippines and Mongolia.
While in the Philippines, the mission will also conduct cataract removal surgeries.
For the small price of $10 per person, the community will be able to give someone eyesight!
A Cinco de Mayo Fundraiser Benefit Concert will be on Thursday, May 1 at Shaka’s in Virginia Beach at 7 p.m.
The benefit is 100% volunteer run and the goal is to have $0 expenses so that 100% of the money raised will go towards the mission.
