A TV reporter for a local news station in Los Angeles was caught off guard recently while seeking reaction from residents near a raging brush fire in the foothill above the inland Southern California city of Rancho Cucamonga.
Instead of answering the reporter’s question, a shirtless man carrying a dog took the opportunity to ask the reporter an unexpected question.
