Lafayette-Winona Middle School will release at 12:45 p.m. today due to climbing temperatures in the building after an air conditioning system malfunction this morning.
Parents are receiving reverse phone calls, and the information is posted on the website and social media sites.
Crews are working on the system in hopes of having it repaired, so that Lafayette-Winona can have a normal instructional day on Tuesday.
