Norfolk Public Schools have staggered opening times Friday morning due to weather, according to school officials.
Some students have made it to school already, and others haven’t.
School officials are encouraging students, staff, and parents to take their time and put safety first.
Staff are on hand at the schools to receive the students as they make it in and help them dry off and have their breakfast.
