The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for parts of Eastern Virginia until 9:15 p.m.
The areas affected include Southern Lancaster County, North Central Mathews County and Eastern Middlesex County.
This thunderstorm is capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds.
It was located near Urbanna and it is moving southeast at 15 mph.
