Devon Brown is a music producer, head of a hip-hop label that started in South Carolina. To police there, he's a fugitive drug dealer. U.S. Deputy Marshal Tim Alley says his agents got a tip that Brown is possibly staying briefly in Hampton Roads, maybe as he heads up and down the East Coast.
“He has family, friends, and a whole host of people he can hang out with here. However, Mr. Brown is CEO of Tragic Beats Records, based out of Queens, NY. We're not sure if he's up and down 95, if he is coming to this area to elude capture in South Carolina,” says Alley.
Brown is one of the U.S. Marshal's Top 3 Most Wanted Fugitives this week.
Deputy Marshals say Brown's business is based in Queens, NY, but he does spend time in Norfolk, and has been arrested here. They think his friends and family are helping hide him.
And agents are also looking for Andrew Jackson. He was convicted on a gun crime, but then he skipped sentencing. Deputy Marshals say he is ducking prison by hiding out in our area, most likely in Portsmouth.
And finally, agents need you to help them track down Albert Drummond. He was on probation for a robbery conviction, but then quit following his requirements. He has a tattoo across his stomach that says, in large letters, King. If you know where he or any of these fugitives are hiding, call the tip line, 757-955-6821.
