Gloucester Co., Va. – Virginia State Police is currently working a traffic accident involving a truck with HAZMAT materials.
State troopers, Gloucester fire and rescue crews, and the Newport News HAZMAT team have responded to the scene.
Cedar Bush Road is shut down between Providence and Hickory Farm Road, according to Herb Austin, Assistant Fire Chief for Gloucester County.
The HAZMAT team is investigating to see what type of materials are involved, Austin says.
