Norfolk, Va. – Downed power lines have been reported in the 8300 block of Old Ocean View Road in Norfolk.
The call was received by police dispatch at around 8 a.m. Wednesday morning.
A truck coming through pulled the lines down, dispatch says.
Dominon crews are responding.
Dispatch believes one lane will be blocked while police direct traffic around the downed power lines.
