(CNN) — Actor Brad Pitt was struck in the face by a man at a Hollywood premiere Wednesday, Los Angeles police said.
Pitt was at the premiere of the movie “Maleficent,” starring his partner Angelina Jolie, when a man hopped a barrier and attacked the actor.
Officers arrested the suspect, who could be charged with misdemeanor battery, police said.
