Suffolk, Va. – Three school bus crashes were reported Thursday morning across Hampton Roads.
A Suffolk school bus was rear-ended by a City of Suffolk Community Development vehicle around 8:39 a.m. this morning.
One student was on the bus at the time of the accident, which happened at the intersection of Portsmouth Blvd. and Nansemond Parkway.
No injuries were reported.
Another school bus crash was reported on I-64 at the I-464 interchange. That school bus rear-ended a vehicle, according to police dispatch. No students were on the bus at the time, however, there was one injury reported.
A third school bus crash happened in Virginia Beach. The crash occurred at 11:46 a.m. in front of 1993 Sundevil Drive – Salem High School. The school bus and a four-door Sedan were involved; one injury was reported.
