Sandra Bullock’s stalker owned machine gun, spent over an hour in her house

Los Angeles, CA.–   Joshua Corbett, 39, was charged with first-degree stalking, possession of a machine gun, and residential burglary after breaking into actress Sandra Bullock’s house at 5:00 a.m. last Sunday.

Corbett owned an illegal machine gun but was not armed during the break-in.

According to CNN, it is believed that Corbett climbed a chain-link fence with barb wire and entered her house while Bullock was inside.

The police were not called until 6:30am meaning Corbett was inside the actresses home for over an hour.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Bullock has obtained an emergency protective order against her stalker.

Prosecutors are asking to set bail at 185,000. If convicted he could face over 7 years in prison.
