Dr. Arthur Zilberstein, a Seattle anesthesiologist and surgeon, was suspended on Monday after many misconduct charges.

Phone records show him ‘sexting’ a patient over 45 times on a daily basis while at work. He is also accused of having sex with that same patient in the hospital.

While performing caesareans and deliveries Zilberstein allegedly sent nude pictures with his hospital badge and scrubs on and frequent sexually explicit messages.

“He’s supposed to be focusing on the patient during surgery,” said Kelly Stowe, spokeswoman for the Washington State Department of Health.

According to FOX News, Zilberstein was suspended for sexual misconduct and disregarding patient safety after multiple complaints that started the investigation.

Allegedly Zilberstein, a licensed surgeon in Washington since 1995, would also access his love affairs/patients files and pictures for his own sexual gratification.

The investigation is ongoing, He has 20 days to respond to the charges and to request a hearing, Stowe said. Zilberstein has no comment.
