Chesapeake, Va. – A dump truck spill on the northbound Chesapeake Expressway just south of Mount Pleasant Road may require a single lane closure as crews begin to clean up, according to Chesapeake Public Works.
Motorists are advised to use caution through the area and be prepared to stop or move over.
