Today we honor Petty Officer David Rubinson.
He's pictured on the right.
He has served in the Navy for almost three years, and is currently assigned to the USS Normandy based out of Naval Station Norfolk.
He is from Wisconsin and the oldest of four siblings.
He loves the Green Bay Packers.
His family and girlfriend say they are so proud of him.
