Chesapeake, Va. – Crews responded to a trash fire inside of an industrial building in Chesapeake, according to police dispatch.

It happened at TFC Recycling, located at 1958 Diamond Hill Road.

The call came in at 8:07 a.m. Wednesday morning; it was under control at 8:28 a.m., according to Captain Saunders of the Chesapeake Fire Department.  It seems a pile of trash caught fire in the facility, Saunders says.

Crews on scene found burning debris outside of the warehouse; most of the burning material had been moved outside by employees, Saunders says. The burning was contained to the debris itself, and no damage was done to the warehouse.
