With Obama’s recent approval ratings at just 40-percent, a nationwide survey done by Quinnipiac University has Obama ranked as the worst president since WWII.
The poll surveyed over a thousand nationwide registered voters ranking the best and worst presidents since WWII.
According to the poll, 33-percent of the votes went to President Obama for being the worst president, with 35-percent of votes to Ronald Reagan as the best president.
And the best and worst list goes as follows.
The Best:
Ronald Reagan (35%)
Bill Clinton (18%)
John F. Kennedy (15 %)
The Worst:
Obama (33%)
George W. Bush (28%)
Richard Nixon ( 17%)
The poll also asked if America would be better off if Republican Mitt Romney had won the 2012 presidential election, 45-percent of voters said yes while 38-percent said the country would be worse off.
“Would Mitt have been a better fit? More voters in hindsight say yes,” says Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University poll.
