Norfolk Police are investigating an accident in Norfolk where a van has driven into a Chinese take-out restaurant.
The incident occurred at China Express on Little Creek Road and Diven Street.
Police say the van ran through a red light and collided with a Honda Civic that was proceeding through a green light on Little Creek Road.

The collision caused the van to drive into the restaurant.
The driver of the Honda was transported to DePaul Medical Center with minor injuries.
The driver of the van was cited for disregard of a red light and several other traffic violations.
