Isle of Wight County, Va. – A 20-year-old man was killed in an accident in Isle of Wight early Wednesday morning.
Malcolm Joe-Al Wooden of Windsor was traveling northbound on Longview Drive when he lost control, ran off the road and struck a tree.
Wooden was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, and Virginia State Police say speed was not a factor.
