The Tides brought home their sixth straight win against the Rochester Red Wings Saturday night.
In the first inning, Norfolk plated a run from a sack fly by Dariel Alvarez.
The Tides held on their lead in the seventh inning when they brought in three more runs leading 4-0. The Red Wings scored two runs in the top of the eighth but it wasn’t enough.
The Tides won 4 to 2.
