Today we honor retired Sergeant First Class James Rankins.
He served 20 years in the US Army.
He was stationed at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, where he served as a member of the honor guard, a cargo specialist, and an instructor. Sergeant Rankins currently lives in Newport News with his loving wife and family.
