Someone put a rope around the neck of a wild horse in Corolla.

A staff member of the Corolla Wild Horse fund removed it and the horse wasn’t hurt.

Now they’re asking you to call Currituck County dispatch any time you see people hurting a horse.

The number is 252-232-2216.
