An aspiring Canadian entrepreneur has racked up over 600,000 YouTube views in about two days after posting a video of him gifting his mother with her dream car.
In 2012, Wadden set out on a two-year mission to earn $1 million before he turned 25 so he could financially retire his mother and become financially free. While his website says he’s only up to around $81,000, that hasn’t stopped him from making his mom happy.
In the video’s description, Wadden says his mom had been raving about owning her dream car — an old Saab. Eventually she pointed out a copper 1973 Saab 99 EMS as “the one.”
Wadden says after six months of looking, he found a dealer on eBay that had exactly what he was looking for. Another six months later, he finally had the car and was able to surprise his mother.
