About 141,000 Edwards (ESL)-branded and Interlogix smoke detectors are being recalled due to the product failing to alert consumers to a fire, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Radio frequency interference can cause the smoke detectors to fail to alert consumers to a fire, according to the report.
